Shipping

nina&lola aims to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours of order received. Special orders may take longer, and the lead time is stated on the item page.
We send items via Special Delivery within the UK, and we use Airsure to all countries where this service is available. You will be asked to sign for all Royal Mail deliveries, so it's a good idea to have the parcel delivered to an address where someone can say 'hello' to Mr. Postman.
We use a courier to all other countries where Royal Mail does not offer a suitable service. The courier company may change depending who offers the best rate. We will notify you of the carrier and tracking number.

Duty to non-European countries

nina&lola works on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. Royal Mail does not offer duty to be paid upon sending, and couriers charges an extra £10 for it. If you would like to pay duties when ordering, e.g. if you are sending a gift, please use the comment field on the checkout page to let us know.

Duty is not refundable. 

Returns

Please return any unwanted items within 14 days and with the hangtag attached. Special orders, made-to-measure items and earrings cannot be returned. We refund in the original payment method within thirty days of goods returned back to us.
You are required to take reasonable care of the goods. We ask that items are sent back in their dedicated packaging, such as jewellery and shoe boxes.

We review each return individually, and will not refund for items if:

  • the hangtag is missing
  • if the item has clearly been worn or damaged
  • a different refund policy has been stated on the item page, such as special orders or earrings

If you do return an item without hangtag or against the return policy, you are liable for additional postage/courier costs that might incur. Under no circumstances can we refund more than the initial purchase amount.

If you have selected a courier, please contact us to obtain the RMA (Return Merchant's Authorisation). Once you have this number you can arrange a convenient pick-up time with the courier. If you have selected Royal Mail, we would recommend you use a traceable service for the return.

We cannot be held responsible for items getting lost in transit. If an item is lost you will need to file a claim with the post office/courier.

When returning items from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as 'commercial sample return' on the customs form.                               

 

Packaging

nina&lola sends all items beautifully wrapped in neutral white boxes (as to not looking too suspicious if you have something sent to work). If you are sending a gift and would like to attach a personal card or message, please let us know when ordering.
All our packaging material is recyclable and made from environmentally friendly materials.
