Shipping

Nina and Lola ships worldwide with Fedex. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours of order received. Special orders may take longer, and the lead time is stated on the item page. You'll receive your tracking number with the 'Order completed' email, and you can track your item online (click here for the Fedex tracking page). We have set standard fees, which make it easy for you to figure out how much an order will cost. Some items will however incur a shipping surcharge if they are heavy (surcharges are also stated on the item page). There is free shipping on all orders over £500.

Duty to non-European countries

Nina and Lola works on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. If you would like to pay duties when ordering, e.g. if you are sending a gift, please use the comment field on the checkout page to let us know. Duty is not refundable. 

Returns

Please return any unwanted items within 14 days and with the hangtag attached. Special orders, made-to-measure items and pierced earrings cannot be returned. We refund in the original payment method within thirty days of goods returned back to us. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods.

We review each return individually, and will not refund for items if:

• the hangtag is missing
• if the item has clearly been worn or damaged
  
• a different refund policy has been stated on the item page, such as special orders or earrings

If you do return an item without hangtag or against the return policy, you are liable for additional postage costs that might incur. Under no circumstances can we refund more than the initial purchase amount. We cannot be held responsible for items getting lost in transit. When returning items from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as 'commercial sample return' on the customs form.     

Packaging

Nina and Lola sends all items beautifully wrapped in neutral white boxes (as to not looking too suspicious if you have something sent to work). If you are sending a gift and would like to attach a personal card or message, please let us know when ordering.
All our packaging material is recyclable and made from environmentally friendly materials.
