Really pretty example of two usually dangerous terms: New Wave and pastel. This cute summer dress is made of a linen-optic, non-creasing fabric and features an architectural bib-like body and puff sleeves with gathered cuffs. The upper half of the dress is lavender with powder pink bib and light blue button-stay. The skirt is cream and has an elastic waist.
