Oh so pretty, oh so pretty... this shade of lightest pink, in a light and crisp organic cotton fabric, will fit into any wardrobe and suit any skin tone. The blouse features a small Nehru collar, unfinished ruffles, sweet little white buttons and Noir's signature longer button stay. The back hem is elastic, allowing the blouse to be worn over as well as tucked in.
