Is it vintage? Is it new? It's vintage, from the company that Ossie Clark worked for. This flattering and easy to wear cocktail dress features a deep ruffed V-neck with top-stitched straps, a high empire waist with a back tie belt and a back zip. Simple does it best sometimes.
